She graduated from the University of Oklahoma (BOOMER SOONER) with a BA in Human Resources. Upon graduation from college in 2005, Carmen moved to Dallas to seek out new challenges. She started her career at customer oriented fortune 50 company that taught her how to best serve a diverse clientele.
